This page describes how BhavTickr handles user, support, and usage information.

BhavTickr may collect profile information, login identity, approval status, legal acceptance records, contact form submissions, support tickets, and product feedback.
Operational logs, error logs, and security-related events may also be collected to improve reliability and security.
Some public variables, such as the support email and app URL, may be visible in the browser as part of normal frontend operation.
We use this data to operate the product, manage approvals, respond to support requests, improve quality, and review platform performance.
Feedback may be used to improve future analysis quality and internal model evaluation.
We may use third-party services such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, and email delivery providers if support replies are enabled.
